This sermon from Sept. 24, 2006, "Strengthened by Christ's Spirit" was inspired by Paul's words of prayer for the Ephesian church in Ephesians 3:14-21. We are privileged to overhear him praying for that church. The thought then, is what if we overheard others praying for us, or if they overheard us praying for them? Even better, let us not miss out on the joy of hearing others pray for us, nor of allowing them to hear us pray for them. Praying aloud with others is a resource that is all but forgotten as an experience in the church today.
